I've lost my card, what do I do?

Lost or stolen cards should be reported IMMEDIATELY! A lost card does not mean lost money if it is reported promptly. Your money will be secure as soon as your lost card is reported, not before. A fee will be charged for replacement of a lost or stolen card.;

You can report your lost and deactivate it online by using our CougarCard self service tools, in person at the CougarCard Center or by calling 509-335-CARD. When the office is closed, please report your lost card at any:

  • Dining Facility
  • Campus Espresso Bar
  • Market
