Lost CougarCard Warning
If you have lost your CougarCard and want to ensure that no one else can use it, you can report your card as lost and deactivate it here. Please keep in mind that reporting your card as lost will deactivate it and not allow it to be used anywhere.
If your CougarCard has been activated as your U. S. Bank ATM/debit card, you must also notify U. S. Bank immediately at www.usbank.com or by phone at 800-872-2657 if your card has been lost or stolen.
If you find your card and would like to re-activate it, please visit the CougarCard Center in the Compton Union Building (CUB), Room 60. You cannot re-active your CougarCard online or over the phone. If you would like to report your CougarCard as lost and deactivate it now, follow the link below.
