Pullman RSO Services
The CougarCard Center is happy to support Registered Student Organizations with spending and account management. Services include:
RSO Finance account management
- Account balances: RSO's can view account balances at any time.
- Reimbursements/Request for Check Issuance: Forms, assistance, and processing of reimbursements.
- Deposits: Processing of RSO deposits through cash, check, or card.
Signature Cards
- Acquire student and advisor signatures for approvals: RSOs can sign for finance approvals at the CougarCard Center.
- Use cards to verify finance approvals: The CougaCard Center oversees RSO student and advisor finance approvals for IRIs, expense reports, RCI's, etc.
Event Funding
- Gift card purchasing/usage: Assistance in understanding specific purchasing regulations for gift cards.
- Cashbox funds: Cashboxes are provided for RSO use.
- Payments to on and off-campus vendors: Forms for on and off-campus vendor payments, assistance filling out, and processing.
- Interdepartmental Requisition Invoices - IRI's: Provided IRI forms, assistance filling out, and processing.
